For now, I will only be taking digital commissions. The digital art will be emailed as a .png file.

All commissions will come with a simple background unless upgraded. A simple background can be a single color or a gradient with simple patterns or shapes added (dots, stars, splashes, hearts, etc).

If there’s something you want but don’t see it on the list, feel free to ask me about it and I’ll see what I can do!

Add-on backgrounds (simple scene +$15 and full scene +$30)

Comes with one feral or anthro fullbody and one chibi per character

There is a max of 6 props for a single character or 3 props each for two characters

The price heavily depends on what you are looking for with factors including pose, background, props, and additional characters

These can have black or colored lineart

The fullbody scene can feature a feral or anthro fullbody

Every ref sheet comes with two fullbodies (left/right for feral and front/back for anthro), 3 accessories/props, a color palette, closeups of the mouth/eyes/paws, and any text (typed or handwritten)

They are all done on bases, but the lines can be edited to fit your character at no additional charge

Upload the art to any social media platform. This is also allowed for anyone who owns the character(s) portrayed even if they were not the original client. Adding credit to me via tagging or mentioning my username is appreciated.

Give the art to someone that a character design is being sold or gifted to.

Use the art for personal use such as printing, profile pictures, etc.

Claim any of my works (including drawings, written pieces, photographs, physical products, designs, and any other creative work) as your own, trace, heavily reference, modify, recolor, repost without credit, or remove the watermark from any of my works. If my work is used in any of these ways, I will ask for all posts or uses of the stolen works to be removed. Failure to comply will result in being blacklisted. I will be as fair as possible in these situations, but it is ultimately up to my discretion.

Use my work for any commercial use, including but not limited to reselling, using it as a design on a product, making prints of it, or using it as promotional content if the commercial use fee has not been paid. The only exception to this rule is if explicit written permission is given from me.

Use my work in any way relating to AI or NFTs.

Use my work to promote hate speech, symbols, or ideologies.

I WILL draw any species or body type. If I am not familiar with their anatomy, I may need some extra time to study it before working on a piece.

I WILL draw a variety of gore and NSFW. If there is something I am not comfortable with, I will let the client know and either offer an alternative or decline the commission.

I WILL NOT draw anything relating to hate speech or hateful ideology.

I WILL NOT draw child-like characters in suggestive ways, non-monster feral characters in suggestive ways, or non-consensual sexual violence.

I WILL NOT draw any sort of drug use or paraphernalia.

I will do NSFW artwork but only if the client is 18+ and shows me proof in the form of a state ID. The only info I need to see on the ID is the name and birthday. The rest can be covered for the client’s privacy. This is done solely to protect myself. Do not attempt to change my mind because the answer will always be no!

All commission requests will be taken through a Google form, which can be found through a link on my Carrd, to help me organize submissions. When filling out the form, be as detailed as possible. I will need the character’s reference sheet, color/pose/expression preferences, information about the character, and anything else that will help me visualize the commission. This helps me determine an accurate price as well as give the client the product they are looking for. Once the commission is accepted, I will send an invoice to the email submitted to the form.

The client must be able to provide me with a complete and clear digital reference sheet of the character(s) they want drawn. Keep in mind that when working with traditional mediums, I cannot color pick like with digital art and I will do my best to match the character's colors with the supplies I have. Errors may occur due to the client's reference sheet being outdated or unspecific.

I will work on commissions in the order that I receive them. I do not take commissions with a deadline. Please keep in mind that I am an adult with other responsibilities that may delay commission progress. I will do my best to update all clients if anything comes up. Commissions take priority over other owed art such as trades or offers. There may be times when I need to take the time to step away from commissions to work on personal pieces and I ask that clients respect that as well.

I will show the client updates on the progress of the commission at each stage of the process (sketch > lineart > colored > finishing details > shipped/emailed). Work will not be continued on a commission until I receive approval of each stage. I will not continue working until after I get the response and I may work on other commissions from my queue in the meantime.

I ask that clients correct me if I make any mistakes in the process of drawing or coloring their character. Line edits can be made before I start coloring and color edits can be made any time before the commission is sent. If edits are requested late or after a stage is completed, there will be an extra charge or the edit will be denied. For YCHs (Your Character Here), certain edits may be unavailable or come with an extra charge.

Refunds will not be given except in extenuating circumstances and at my discretion. A client filing a chargeback without discussing so with me and being offered a refund will result in the client losing all rights to the artwork. If I have terminated business with a client due to inappropriate behavior, a refund will not be issued.

If the client has a traditional commission that needs to be shipped, I am NOT responsible for late, lost, or damaged art once it is in the mail. There will be no replacements or refunds for problems caused by the mail carrier.

When a client bids on, purchases, or comes in to possession of a design made by me, they are to be held to these terms.

When a client purchases an adopt I have created, they get full rights to the design except the right to claim they have created it. If the adopt is redesigned, the credit for the original design still goes to me.

During the sale of an adopt, I will allow a 48 hour period between sending an invoice and receiving payment. The adopt will go back up for sale if the client does not respond to the invoice by that time.

If the purchase of an adopt is cancelled or a refund is given, I reserve the rights to the design to keep or resell.

Any of the characters or designs I own in my personal collection are off limits. They are not to be claimed, sold, replicated, “bred” (mixing their design with another character to make a “child” design), etc by anyone else without explicit written permission from me.

These are meant to be for personal use or adopts only. They are not to be used for commissions or any other sale. Any use requires that I am credited.

Editing the lines of my bases is permitted as long as my watermark/signature is not removed.
